Submit a Cherwell ticket so IT can run the script
To run the script:
/usr/local/sysutils/fsbackup CopyOver
it will only shut down the production system for 2 or 3 minutes while it takes the snapshot
**recommended to do a full back backup of your test server at least the first couple of times you run this in case something goes wrong.
After sync’ing:
- Bring the Dev server back up using auto_haltrun or unicornadmin
- Log into the Dev server through Workflows
- Click on the Reports tab
- Click on Scheduled Reports
- Suspend all reports except
Add, Delete, Update Databases
Add, Delete, Update Item
Add, Delete, Update, User
Consolidate Daily Logs
Rebuild User Database
Remove Old Image Files
Reorganize Text Dictionary

Statistics Log
Synchronize Policies to Oracle

3.Modify the maxreports file to renable reports here: /Unicorn/Custom. Changes the 0 to 1. Once that is changed the reports should start running.
