Students: This should automatically update with the User load close to the beginning of each semester.

Faculty & Staff -- check to see if this is automated when the students are

If not:

1. Click on the User Configuration menu
2. Click on User Profile policy
3. Click on Faculty
4. On the General tab find Privilege Limit and select the new expiration date using the gadget
5. Save changes
6. Repeat 3-5 for Staff
