Depending on the type of report sometimes it may appear that a report has been running an extremely long time. IF it is a list, print spine labels, or some other report has to touch every single record in the database, it might still be running and is not hung.
Typically give reports about 2-3 hours to see if they will finish on their own. If it is still running after that, contact Sirsi to open a case. Sirsi will probably want server access. We can do this with a logmein session.
1. open www.logmein123.com (works in Edge, could not get it to download in chrome) and download the necessary set up.
Once it has been installed, the Sirsi tech will give you a code to enter. AFter you enter the code you will be remotely connected. Typically they can only see one monitor unless you tell them you have two. Log in to putty or winscp.
