There are properties in the Loan Period Policies, Circulation Rules, and Billing Structure to make recalls work properly

Recall Loan Period Policy 

The maximum amount of time a user has an item before it can be recalled.  NGL's policy is 14 days.

Circulation Rule Policies

For recalls to work properly, the recall settings for EACH circulation rule that allows recalls needs to match NGL's policy of allowing patrons 5 days to return items that have been recalled. 

Billing Structure Policy

In order to align with NGL's policy of accruing $1 a day fine for recalled materials, the overdue recall billing property needs to reflect the daily charge.
