IT@Sam IT Security team itsecurity@shsu.edu. This will allow the whole team to get this information.

(July 2017) Kat asked Jose what he preferred and he said it was up to us - email/chat works for him and he will create a ticket. Or alternately we can create the ticket ourselves (not sure which category though?)

To generate and share a single-use link (via onetimelink) for publishers/vendors to test/troubleshoot access problems via the proxy (as an SHSU user would see), you can just go to https://onetimelink.shsu.edu/ and generate and share all the secrets you want. (don’t need to sign in or anything.)
