How to get the latest Full Time Enrollment (FTE) count:
1) Run the COGNOS "General Student Report" (COGNOS>Registrar>Restricted Campus Reports>Training Required)

*You must attend training before you will be granted access to this restricted folder within COGNOS
2) Filter by undergrad/graduate/doctoral student (note: may need to remove deceased students from this report, per Donna Artho)
3) Find TOTAL number of full-time students (as well as the full-time equivalents from part-time students).
4) Update this LibGuide with latest figures.

Alternate method (less preferred)
1) Click on the following link:  http://www.shsu.edu/dept/institutional-effectiveness/publications.html#Census
2) Look for the latest Census Day Report and click link for report.  Generally it is the most recent one listed.
      *Census Day reports are reported as of the numbers on the 12th day of class.
3) Find "Table 2. CB Reportable SCH and Full-Time Student Equivalents" for TOTAL numbers.
4) Note: Do not use summer FTE numbers!
