There are many resources available on the Internet on the geological sciences. The websites listed below are only an example and not meant to be an exhaustive list. At the time of its creation all of the websites listed on this research guide are currently active; however due to the transitory nature of the Internet, this may not be the case at any future date. Additionally, information from the Internet needs to be evaluated critically with attention to origin, author, motive, bias and age.

Environmental Studies in Video This link opens in a new window Will contain 500 hours of film covering all realms of environmental studies, particularly ethics, policy, economics, law, sociology, planning, and environmental science. The collection addresses specific topics including alternative energy, pollution control, eco-design, sustainability, farming and agriculture, the food industry, LEED certification, waste issues, and climate change.
