Rebecca Yantis (M.A., M.L.I.S.) is a Research & Instruction Librarian at Newton Gresham Library, and she is the subject specialist for Art, Mass Communication, and Theatre/Musical Theatre. Rebecca holds Masters degrees in English (Folklore) and Library & Information Science, with an undergraduate background in Creative Writing and History.

When she is not at work, Rebecca spends her free time playing video games, snuggling her two cats, and crocheting various projects that may or may not ever be finished.

Research interests include: video games & gamers; folklore (pop culture, language creation, myth & legend); literature (literature written before the 1700s, detective novels); and ancient & medieval history.
