Learning existing collections and users' needs takes time and effort. Two instruction librarians will retrace their steps in recognizing change in users' information seeking behavior and curricular needs, finding opportunities to rebalance, and reconnecting with stakeholders. Participants will identify supportive advocates, discuss experience gaps, and collectively share ideas for reconnecting.
