Undergraduate's Guide to Creating & Communicating Research

Sometimes we conduct research just for our own experience or knowledge. But in most cases, we want to share our findings with others to help build the wider body of knowledge, advance our field, help our society, or for many other reasons.

There are three traditional ways of sharing your research. Continue reading the pages in this section to learn more:

• Research posters / Poster presentations
• Conference presentations / Paper presentations
• Writing (such as journal articles)
  • Where could I publish a paper?

But you can also think about sharing your work in other ways, like blog posts, social media posts or videos, and more. You can use almost any communication method that you think will get the information into the hands of the people who can use it.
