Where are the graphic novels?

Most graphic novels are located on the 3rd floor at PN6700s.

Why? Because graphic novels are often shelved with other books about the same topic.  For example: The stuff of life : a graphic guide to genetics and DNA is a graphic novel on genetics, so it is located with other similar subject matter at QH437 .S348 2009How do I find the graphic novels? 

• Search using just a subject search for graphic novels
• Use comic books in a subject search
• Search for only graphic novels with "graphic novels {genre}" in the keyword search.

Please keep in mind that only graphic novels from 2010 and on are listed as graphic novels in the catalog. It is an on-going project of the Newton Gresham Library to identify those older books that are graphic novels and label them as such so that they may be searched using a {genre} search.
