- Teamwork app. A "team" is a collection of people, content, and tools based on a specific project or group. Each Team can include group discussion posts, file-sharing, calendars, online meetings, and person-to-person chat. Integrates with other Microsoft and third-party apps.
- Currently Teams can include only SHSU collaborators, but IT@Sam expects to add the capability for external collaborators in the future. We'll update it here when it happens!

A combined collaborative research workspace and repository. Store your data here while you’re collecting, refining, documenting, analyzing, etc. All collaborators can share access, and OSF provides built-in version control to keep track of ongoing changes. Once a project is complete, you have the option to publicly share the dataset in OSF, complete with a DOI for citing and sharing. OSF is an approved generalist repository for most federally funded projects. Use is free; storage is free for up to 5GB of private storage or 50GB of public storage, but you can also integrate add-ons like Google Drive to increase storage.
