Fashion Promotion: Databases

These databases may prove useful to Fashion Promotion.  Some of these databases can be found through the guides listed below under "Research Guides".

These guides have been compiled by subject librarians and relate specifically to the subjects covered.  Within the guides are tools for you to use when doing specific types of research.  The information listed in each guide is not intended to be comprehensive.  You may reach out at any time to the librarians listed on the guides to ask them for further assistance in using the tools and/or performing research in the subject areas.

In the Business Research guide you can perform searches in the listed databases on industries (e.g. Fashion, Women's Clothing, and Family Clothing Stores in specific states) as well as search for information about specific companies (e.g. Hermes, Rolex, and Burberry).  The information you can find includes: sales & marketing, financial data, company history, and more.

In the Art Research guide you can find information on artists, textiles, and how to do research on various art-related topics. While in the Communication Studies guide you can find resources to help you learn more about the act of marketing and promotions.
