Below are options for locating state and federal statutes. If using Westlaw, select Statutes & Court Rules under the All Content tab. You will see several options for locating statutory material. If you want to locate federal statutes, select United States Code Annotated under Federal from the Statutes & Court Rules home page. For state statutes, individual states can be selected under State from the Statutes & Court Rules home page.
