Welcome! I am so delighted you are visiting my page because I am the Research & Instruction Librarian for Health Sciences partnering with faculty and students in degree programs for the College of Health Sciences including the School of Nursing, Department of Human Sciences, Kinesiology, and Department of Public Health. I am passionate about health information, and I am available to help any student or faculty member find trusted sources of information not provided by Dr. Google…a place and space without pop-up ads!
I have a ton of corporate library experience and have traveled across the US and oversees supporting competitive intelligence for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. I am a first gen college student earning a BS in Nutrition from Penn State, and MS in Information Science from Drexel University. I am also one of seven US librarian's to earn 22 credits in 2021 as Advanced Interprofessional Informationist (IPI-PMC) through a grant funded program, so I know what it is to be a student! I hope you will enjoy my playlist and let me help you to readily find trusted sources of health information.
